Oversee the setup and breakdown of dish room equipment and replacement of all soaps, chemicals, and cleaning products. Keep the dish room organized, free of clutter and maintain equipment and work areas to the Department of Health and ServSafe Standards.ResponsibilitiesMonitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations of the Department of HealthMaintain the dishroom area for cleanliness, organization and ensure management is aware of any equipment issues that ariseEnsure all dishes are properly rinsed, washed, sanitized and put away for service.
