The Dispatch / Tracker and Trace professional will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with drivers and customers, monitoring shipment statuses, updating tracking systems, and resolving any delivery issues that arise.QualificationsExperience in dispatch operations and logisticsProficiency in tracking and tracing shipmentsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyFamiliarity with dispatch software and tracking systemsProblem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
