We're hiring a Dispatcher with Administrative Experience to support one of our valued clients — a fast-paced service operation that depends on smooth coordination, clear communication, and meticulous organization.About The RoleYou'll be the operational linchpin — managing daily dispatch schedules, coordinating with field teams, and handling key administrative tasks to keep the client's business running like clockwork. This role blends logistics, customer service, and office administration in a fully remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDispatching & Coordination Schedule, assign, and monitor daily service calls, routes, and technician availability. Communicate with field staff and customers to confirm appointments and updates. Track progress, reroute efficiently when issues arise, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate service logs and status updates in dispatch software. Administrative Support Prepare reports, update databases, and process job-related documentation. Manage emails, calls, and internal communications on behalf of the client. Assist with invoicing, work orders, and recordkeeping. Provide general administrative support — from data entry to client correspondence — ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsRequirementsQualifications 2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience (preferred in service, logistics, or field operations). Proven administrative experience supporting operational or executive teams. Strong communication skills — professional, clear, and customer-oriented. Tech-savvy: experience with CRM or dispatch tools (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking in fast-moving environments.
