This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Transportation who are eager to start their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a vital role in coordinating daily trucking operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting drivers and customers throughout the logistics process. Success in this role means being proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining smooth, efficient operations while upholding our company’s reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.This position serves as the backbone of our operations—connecting drivers, clients, and our management team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently across North America.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch company trucks and drivers for daily and scheduled loads.Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and brokers to ensure smooth operations.Monitor load progress, delivery timelines, and driver availability.Respond to unexpected delays or challenges with practical solutions.Maintain accurate trip records, documentation, and dispatch logs in company systems.Collaborate with the operations and safety teams to ensure compliance with transport regulations.Support administrative duties related to load planning, scheduling, and reporting.Assist in developing and optimizing dispatch procedures for efficiency and service quality.Be available to work on weekends and holidays as needed.QualificationsRecent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email communication, and dispatch software familiarity is an asset).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.No prior experience required — training will be provided.
