We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Dispatcher / Mail Clerk / Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This hybrid position involves coordinating deliveries or shipments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and performing accurate data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate dispatch schedules for packages, mail, or company materialsTrack and confirm deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate completionSort, scan, and record incoming and outgoing mail electronicallyMaintain digital and physical mail logs and recordsEnter, update, and verify data in company systems or spreadsheetsCommunicate with vendors, couriers, and internal departments to resolve delivery or data issuesPrepare and generate daily or weekly reports as neededMaintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive company informationSupport administrative and clerical tasks as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)1+ year of experience in dispatching, mailroom operations, or data entry (remote experience a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesReliable internet connection and remote workstation setup
