You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.Your missionReporting to the Distribution Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the distribution and logistics of our products internationally, ensuring that a high level of care and accuracy is taken for all customer orders. From our Rolle, CH Headquarters, we dispatch molecular biological reagents in the cold chain to our customers & partners globally.The value you bringOrganise the storage, distribution and logistics of medical products within the cold chain internationallyManage the import, export and customs documentation process for medical regulated productsReview customer purchase orders & shipping documents within ERP to ensure accuracyEnsure a prompt and high-quality order processing in our ERP systemInteract with customers to respond to enquiries about products, services, and shippingCollaborate with colleagues across Sales Order Desk, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, customer experience and efficient delivery process.Requirements2-4 Years direct working experience within the distribution and logistics team of a global/international supply chain function, directly responsible for distribution/dispatch. Experience across the wider supply chain/procurement environment not directly linked to distribution is not suitable.Direct experience with the distribution of products within the cold chain is highly valuable, including frozen, refridgerated and dry. Knowledge of customs, import, export and shipping documentation is critical, ideally for medical/pharmaceutical or similar regulated chemical products valuable.Exposure to products distributed through Air, with relevant regulations knowledge (I.e. IATA Standards)Knowledge of ERP Systems is mandatory, ideally Dynamics.As a public organisation facing ongoing commercial growth, you will bring a success-orientated and solutions-focused mindset that embraces team collaborations, change, growth and inclusion.As an international organisation, English is our primary business language and you will need to bring full fluency in English.
