Job Title: Distributor Management System ExecutiveDepartment: Sales / IT EnablementLocation: KadunaReports To: Sales Capability Manager Job PurposeTo manage and support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Distributor Management System (DMS) with assigned distributors. The role ensures accurate data capture, seamless integration with SFA/ERP, and timely reporting of sales, stock, and route activities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% DMS functionality across assigned distributors.Timely and accurate secondary sales reporting.Route validation and geo-fencing compliance.DMS data reconciliation accuracy.User training and compliance rate. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.2–4 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations, MIS, or DMS management.Knowledge of DMS platforms, SFA tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong Excel and data management skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
