Job descriptionStrivo Labs is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of E-Commerce to lead the development, growth, and optimization of our clients’ and internal e-commerce operations. In this role, you will oversee digital sales channels, customer experience, product performance, and end-to-end online commercial strategy — ensuring consistent revenue growth and operational excellence.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and digital channel performance.Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listing, pricing, content management, promotions, and customer experience.Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user journey improvements to enhance online sales performance.Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and operations.Monitor and analyze sales data, platform performance, conversion metrics, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.Manage relationships with marketplace partners, payment providers, logistics partners, and technology vendors.Lead the development and enhancement of e-commerce platforms, ensuring stability, usability, and continuous improvement.Ensure accurate inventory management, fulfillment planning, and order processing workflows.Develop and oversee digital merchandising strategies, content calendars, and campaign rollouts.Stay updated on e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to drive innovation.Lead and mentor e-commerce teams, ensuring strong performance, alignment, and execution.What We’re Looking For5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce management, digital sales, online retail, or related roles.Proven experience leading high-performing e-commerce teams and scaling online sales channels.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).Experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).Solid understanding of online merchandising, product lifecycle, and pricing strategies.Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and CRM.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.Interested?Send your CV, salary expectation, and a short note about your experience to hiring@strivolabs.com with the subject line: “Head of E-Commerce Application"
