This role requires a strong leader with a passion for fitness, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. For more information, visit www.clubpilates.comKey Responsibilities:Operational Excellence:Oversee daily operations of multiple studios, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.Monitor studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall facility appearance.Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure studios are well-stocked.Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing studio managers and staff.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and client satisfaction.Conduct regular meetings with studio managers and instructors to review performance, set goals, and address challenges.Financial Performance:Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.Analyze financial reports, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.Implement strategies to increase membership sales, retention, and ancillary revenue.Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to financial reporting procedures.Client Experience:Ensure all studios deliver exceptional client service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Promote client engagement and loyalty through various initiatives and programs.Marketing & Sales:Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.Identify opportunities for community outreach and partnerships to drive new client acquisition.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in business software and studio management systems.Passion for Pilates and a strong understanding of its principles and benefits.Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district.
