Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager located in Brampton, ON. The District Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of employees, and ensure the timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include maintaining quality and safety standards, budgeting, client relations, and reporting. The role involves coordinating with local suppliers and ensuring efficient use of resources. Qualifications Experience in highway maintenance, paving, bridge construction, and equipment haulingLeadership and team management skillsStrong budgeting and financial management abilitiesExcellent communication and client relationship skillsCommitment to quality, safety, and timely project completionExperience with modern fleet management and equipmentAbility to work on-site in Brampton, ONBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is beneficialPrevious experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus
