With a reputation built on quality, efficiency, and community commitment, they take pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget. They are growing and currently seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across the Southern Ontario district. About the RoleAs the District Manager, you’ll lead multiple operational divisions to ensure successful project execution, team performance, and client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, with regular travel (approx. 3 days per week) to regional sites in Chatham, London, Kingston West, and Kitchener.What You Will Receive:Competitive salary - $135,000 – $140,000Company vehicle provided3 weeks of vacationLoyalty bonus: $5,000 Opportunity to make a real impact in a respected, community-focused organizationWhat You Will Be Doing:Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sitesManaging division managers and ensuring accountability for resultsMaintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teamsDeveloping and managing budgets and financial reportsEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and contract standardsAnalyzing and presenting data to leadership using Microsoft ExcelSupporting a positive, safety-driven, and team-oriented cultureWhat You BringProven leadership experience in highway maintenance, paving, bridge construction, or equipment haulingStrong budgeting, financial management, and commercial acumenAbility to read and interpret complex contractsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skillsExcellent communication and people management abilitiesUnion and collective bargaining experience (an asset)Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredRoad service or construction experience strongly preferredIf you’re a results-driven leader ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure projects across Ontario, we’d love to hear from you.
