Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Professional Qualification with min 5 - 8 years of experience in relevant discipline with not less than 55% of marks from a recognized University/ Institute. Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication. Must be proficient in planning, procurement, execution, and completion of projects within given timelines. Inspecting, analyzing and finding the best solutions for projects. Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practises and standards. Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Manage all aspects involved, including project scope, project team and allocated resources.
