At Coral Club, we foster a passionate, innovative, and excellence-driven global community.Your Role as Division Manager:As the Division Manager, you will spearhead Coral Club’s growth across 5 European countries, driving the local adaptation and execution of our global strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams, build robust partner networks, and ensure operational excellence while shaping the brand’s regional presence. This is a dynamic opportunity to influence Coral Club’s success in a fast-growing market.Key Responsibilities:• Adapt and execute Coral Club’s global strategy across several European countries: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine, ensuring alignment with local market needs.• Provide regional leadership across sales, marketing, branding, and operational functions.• Manage distributed, cross-country teams and develop a strong partner/distributor network.• Take full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, performance tracking, logistics, customer service, and compliance.• Oversee local marketing campaigns, PR, brand communications, and key regional events to strengthen Coral Club’s presence.• Analyze regional performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.• Foster collaboration with stakeholders, including distributors, business leaders, and local authorities.• Actively participate in strategic planning, setting KPIs, and monitoring results.• Coordinate and support key departments to achieve business objectives.What We’re Looking For:• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in an international or regional role within a global company.• Proven track record of managing multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.• Strong knowledge of European markets, business practices, and consumer behaviour.• Expertise in regional business development, budget management, and strategic execution.• Excellent leadership, intercultural communication, and negotiation skills.• Experience in event management and localizing global strategies.• Fluent English (mandatory); additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Polish, etc.) and Russian are an advantage.• Willingness to travel across the region (20–50%)Preferred Skills & Qualifications:• Exceptional organizational skills with a team-oriented mindset.• Customer-first approach with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.• Integrity, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.Why Join Coral Club?At Coral Club, we’re not just a company – we’re a global community redefining wellness.
