The role focuses on both maintaining existing client relationships and actively growing our client base.ResponsibilitiesLead client onboarding for In-store and E-commerce solutions, including contract negotiation, education, presentations, and business case developmentEstablish and maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders (marketing, sales, research, and senior management)Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clientsCollaborate closely with global and local teams (E-comm, In-store, Sales, Customer Service, Analytics) to share best practices and drive commercial successOwn and deliver on defined commercial goals and performance targetsProvide analytical support by interpreting data and recommending optimizations in sales, pricing, promotions, and in-store executionQualifications2–4 years of experience as a Sales manager, Key Account Manager, Trade marketing or in another similar role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience with sales and In-store and E-commerce solutions - particularly from the perspective of FMCG manufacturers or retailers - is a strong advantageExcellent business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilitiesSelf-driven, reliable, resilient, and quick to adaptAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPointFluency in Czech/Slovak and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level) to ensure effective client communication and collaboration with international teamsSolid analytical skills - while analysis is not the core focus, confidence in working with data is essentialWE OFFERThe role is based in Prague, CZ.
