Supervise and manage distribution houses, distributor’s appointment, investment & their inventory. Monitor, guide & coordinate the field sales team to ensure sales growth & sales activities. Explore new opportunity to increase market share through analysing market intelligence reports, secondary sales data market visit. Design manpower planning for field force. Evaluate the performance of field force and take necessary initiatives for their improvement. Develop and sales policies to optimize efficiency & effectiveness.
