Doctors – Microbiology & Parasitology

We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Medical Doctors specializing in Microbiology and Parasitology to join our esteemed medical and laboratory team. The ideal candidates will possess strong academic backgrounds, hands-on diagnostic expertise, and a commitment to advancing the standards of clinical microbiology and parasitology services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct microbiological and parasitological analyses on clinical specimens to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.Supervise and oversee laboratory processes ensuring adherence to international quality and safety standards.Interpret laboratory results and collaborate with clinicians to guide effective treatment plans.Participate in the development, validation, and implementation of new diagnostic techniques and technologies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance trends, and laboratory best practices.Provide training, mentorship, and scientific guidance to laboratory staff and junior medical professionals.Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to research, publications, and academic initiatives within the field of microbiology and parasitology.QualificationsEducation: M.B.B.Ch (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) – دكتور بشري.Specialization: Postgraduate qualification in Microbiology, Parasitology, or related disciplines (e.g., MSc / MD / PhD preferred).Experience: Minimum [X] years of relevant experience in clinical microbiology or parasitology laboratories (hospital or research settings).Licensure: Valid medical license from the relevant national medical authority.Strong knowledge of laboratory diagnostic methods, molecular techniques, and infection control practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).Compensation & Benefits:Employment Type: Full-time or part-time opportunities available.Medical and Social Insurance coverage.Performance-Based Bonus scheme.Holiday and Occasion Grants .Continuous Professional Development and training opportunities.Supportive, professional, and growth-oriented work environment.
