Overview: A leading entertainment development company in Saudi Arabia is embarking on an ambitious program to build 22 state-of-the-art entertainment destinations, including two major theme parks. These venues will feature world-class attractions and experiences designed to elevate guest entertainment. The organization’s procurement function is actively supporting multiple projects across the portfolio and is now seeking experienced consultants to provide short-term support and strengthen the team’s capacity across key initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a highly organized Contracts Management team that underpins the company’s procurement and legal operations. The Document Controller ensures that all contract-related documents are properly managed, version-controlled, and stored in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The position is essential in maintaining operational integrity and ensuring efficient access to accurate contractual information. The Role: Reporting to the Contracts Management Manager, the Document Controller is responsible for managing the lifecycle of contractual documentation — from receipt and registration to archiving and reporting. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure seamless document flow and compliance across all stages of contract execution. Responsibilities: Manage the receipt, registration, tracking, and distribution of all contractual documents. Support the preparation, review, and editing of contracts and related legal documentation. Maintain accurate and accessible records of correspondence, amendments, and approvals. Ensure all contractual documentation adheres to company standards, quality, and legal requirements. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely document control and accessibility. Generate reports on document control activities, contract milestones, and audit status. Enforce document control policies and ensure data confidentiality and security. Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in contract management systems. Maintain compliance with governance frameworks, internal policies, and regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in document control, contract administration, or procurement support. Strong knowledge of contract management and document control procedures. Proficiency in ERP or document management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to Have: Certifications in Contract Management or Document Control. Experience working within procurement or supply chain functions. Familiarity with government regulations and compliance documentation. Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience.
