This marks an exciting chapter in our growth as we deliver innovative, sustainable engineering solutions that drive the energy transition.To support this growth, we’re looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Frankfurt.In this exciting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of document control across multiple projects and clients. This includes ensuring compliance with company and client procedures, maintaining document integrity, and providing seamless support to project teams, clients, and suppliers.As The Document Controller, Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeMaintaining project document management systems (Aconex)Planning, supervising, and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, subcontractors, and project officesCoordinate vendor documentation, drawing control, transmittals, and engineering deliverablesAudit document control registers and systemsEnsuring drawings and documents are registered with correct revision & details and issued within the requested time frameIssuing project documentation to internal and external stakeholders Daily management of the Document Control inboxAct as the primary interface for document control activities with internal teams, clients, and suppliersMaintain accurate records and ensure timely distribution of controlled documentsSupport project teams with document-related queries and compliance requirementsYou are an experienced Document Controller with the following qualifications and background:Minimum 5 years’ experience in computerised and manual document control in an engineering environment.
