These tasks will include:Site & Operational support, first point of contact for site teams to support any administrative, IT and communications requestsNew project start-up procedures, document control, electronic filing, hard information collation, SharePoint / EDMS controlCoordination of project O&M manuals, log books, asset registers and accreditations etc.Support Health, Safety and Environmental document controlSupport ISO documentation, compliance and controlsSupporting Contracts Team administrative functionsManaging Supply Chain documentation and accreditationsCoordination and management of project specific vetting and security screeningArchiving of project documentation allowing for efficient future access.Managing client feedback process and procedureGeneral administrative functions around a busy contract office.Ideal CandidateExcels in working as part of a team and under own supervision.Strong time management/ prioritisation skills.Organised, self-motivate and the ability to work to deadlines.Works well under pressureCompetence in Microsoft (essential) and EDMS (preferred).Educated to Degree Level in English, or Business related field, not essential.Experience with document control or operations administration preferredAbility to maintain high quality & attention to detail.Key BenefitsWarden offers a wide range of rewards and benefits, including:24 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysStaff holidays buy/sell schemeCycle to work schemeDeath in service coverPensionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeMental health supportWhen it comes to diversity and inclusion, Warden has a work environment where everyone feels welcome, where we can all be ourselves and where differences are valued.
