We’re excited to add a Document Specialist to our team!About YouYou are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and suppliers. As a key contributor to our customers’ approval programs, the Documentation Specialist ensures accurate, timely, and complete food safety documentation across all BK Sterling accounts.In this role, you will act as the liaison between customers, suppliers, and our internal team—supporting vendor onboarding, reviewing and maintaining critical records, and helping suppliers meet customer program requirements. Success in this position requires strong independent judgment, exceptional organization, comfort navigating multiple systems, and a customer-service mindset.ResponsibilitiesCollect, review, and maintain documentation required for customer vendor approval programs in a timely manner. Guide suppliers through onboarding and ongoing document compliance. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve questions or gaps. Maintain organized records across multiple platforms and systems, including our internal system. Provide frontline customer support, including answering and directing inbound calls, and answering the door/accepting packages. Assist other team members with tasks as needed, ie. data entry, emailing client information, and uploading documentation. Minimum QualificationsProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized, even under pressure. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate within a small team. Highly detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and a focus on meeting deadlines. Self-starter. Resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Proficient with computers; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and CRM systems is a plus. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably customer support or food safety in a dynamic environment. The Details This is a full-time, in-office position.
