With 50 clinics and 5 surgery centers, led by 95 providers and more than 1,000 team members system wide, we deliver world class care to patients throughout Florida, the Carolinas and Virginia.Job SummaryThe Regional Office Manager is responsible for supporting patient service functions in the US41, Pelican Plaza, University Park and Siesta Dr. offices, ensuring the quality and efficiency standards result in the highest level of patient experience and provider efficiency. The Regional Office Manager provides operational leadership to the front office teams, promoting a high performing culture, while supporting employee engagement and retention.Essential Job FunctionsEnsures “world class” customer service is delivered on a consistent basis as evidenced by company standards and policies.Provides daily guidance to the front desk teams, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction, including supporting the team in continuous improvement and providing service recovery as needed.Manages patient flow from registration to check-out and drives quality initiatives, along with day-to-day recommendations for continually improving the patient experience.Provide leadership, direction and coordination of departments relating to patient care.Responsible for personnel management including selecting and retaining staff; setting expectations; facilitating development; and evaluating performance.Ensures KPI’s for physician template utilization are met. Creates and enforces protocols to maximize template fill rates and efficiency.Manages front office staffing schedules, according to volumes, as evidenced by physician schedules in NextGen.Collaborates with patient access center, especially as it relates to hybrid PAC/PCR employees making sure company’s scheduling rules are appropriate and followed.Supports Director of Operations for continued improvement and application of companywide policies, initiatives and image.Partners with the revenue cycle management team to ensure that fees are appropriately collected, posted and reported.Ensures availability of medical and office supplies and supports inventory management.Other tasks and duties as necessary and as directed by the Director of Operations and/or VP of Ops for the region.Adherence to applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing staff complaints and resolving problems. Days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Salaried staff may be required to work beyond their set schedule due to business needs and expectations.
