OverviewWe are seeking a qualified individual or translation company to provide professional translation services for a global research initiative. This is a short-term contract focused on the accurate and culturally appropriate translation of three (3) data collection tools into Twi for the Ghana portion of our project.Scope of WorkThe selected translator/firm will:Translate three (3) research data collection tools ( Microsoft Word format ) from English into Twi.Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of all translations.Maintain consistency in terminology across all tools.Deliver translations in an editable format (e.g., Microsoft Word).Participate in one review cycle for revisions/feedback from the project team.DeliverablesThree (3) translated data collection tools delivered in Twi.Final approved versions reflecting project team feedback.The word counts are as follows : Document #5: 1230 words ( 7,713 characters excluding spaces )Document #6: 1162 words ( 7,713 characters excluding spaces )Document #7: 1196 words ( 7,951 characters excluding spaces)TimelineFinal translations due: Within 7 days of contract signing.QualificationsProven experience in professional translation (experience in health, social science, or research projects preferred).Ability to provide culturally appropriate and accurate translations.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Submission RequirementsInterested individuals or companies should submit a quote that includes:Company/Individual name and contact informationQuote details (cost per word, page, or project total.
