Join us in our mission of Designing Kitchens for Life!What you’ll be doing As our Domain Architect for Master Data, you will play a central role in defining and leading Nobia’s enterprise-wide master data strategy. You will ensure that master data is accurate, consistent, accessible and effectively used across all parts of the organisation. Working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you will establish our master data governance frameworks, define our target architecture, and shape how our systems support business processes and decision-making.You will be part of the Data & Analytics organisation, reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics and working closely with business units, IT, solution architects, and data owners across Nobia. The role is based on-site at our Stockholm HQ, and includes approximately 3–4 travel days per month.Exciting challenges ahead include supporting Nobia’s digital transformation, defining enterprise-wide data models, aligning our hybrid SAP and non-SAP landscape, and ensuring that master data becomes a strategic enabler for future growth. At its core, this role shapes how Nobia leverages high-quality master data to deliver insights, efficiency, and exceptional customer value.Your skillset for performance: The ability to develop and maintain an enterprise master data strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. The ability to define and document Master Data Domain Architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and platform standards. The ability to establish and oversee master data governance, including roles, responsibilities, processes, and quality metrics. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate use of master data and well-supported system solutions. The ability to provide guidance on technology selection, methodologies, and MDM platform standards. The ability to stay up to date on industry trends and proactively propose architectural improvements. The ability to identify and mitigate master data risks, including security, compliance, and availability concerns.Qualifications & experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering with IT specialization, or similar. Proven experience designing and implementing MDM strategies within complex organisations. Hands-on experience with key master data domains (product, customer, vendor, material). Strong background in enterprise data architecture, including data models, metadata management, and data lineage. Deep understanding of SAP master data structures and processes (S/4HANA, and experience integrating SAP with MDM platforms. Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG), ETL tools, and data governance platforms. Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and delivering enterprise-level data initiatives.
