You will guide how capital can be a profitable driver for transition and support investors, banks, charity organizations and development finance institutions implementing a transition logic into their strategies, partnerships and instruments.Your RoleDevelop the domain’s unique vision, strategy and build a compelling value proposition for financial institutions and investors.Position NewForesight as a thought leader in transformative finance through research, publications and events.Design transition-aligned finance instruments and partnership models.Build collaborations across finance, business and policy to mobilize catalytic capital.Lead a team that combines systems thinking with financial expertise. When ready, join the management team and partner structure of NewForesight.What You BringA deep personal drive to use finance as a lever for systemic change and intention to stay for a longer time and grow to become a leader in the field.At least eight years of experience in sustainable finance, investment strategy or impact capital, including significant experience in a consultancy or advisory environment.Proven analytical and conceptual skills to design financial mechanisms and advise DFIs, investors or corporates on how to link finance with sustainability transitions.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and guide a high-performing team.Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior level to build partnerships across sectors, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for turning vision into results.Fluency in English and Dutch; other languages are an asset.You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where ownership, creativity and collaboration are valued as much as expertise.You are a team player and team leader.Our CultureOur people and our culture define who we are.
