We are currently seeking a Doorman to join our front-of-house team and be the welcoming face of our hotel.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a high level of service and a warm welcome to all guests and visitors.Professionally represent St. Helens at all times, ensuring the highest standards of appearance and conduct.Assist and advise guests on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotels main entrance, both inside and outside, including the door mats and surrounding area.Report any maintenance issues promptly to the maintenance team or the Manager on Duty.Carry out additional duties as instructed by the Manager on Duty to support smooth hotel operations.About YouExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.A professional, courteous, and confident manner.Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage.If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating memorable first impressions, we would love to hear from you.
