Key Accountabilities JOB DESCRIPTION Assisting in generating and controlling maintenance work orders. Inputting, amending, and updating repair and maintenance information in the system. Maintaining duty rosters, leave records, and attendance records for employees in the technical department. Handling employee requests and providing appropriate course of action suggestions. Supporting the monitoring and analysis of data through key performance indicators (KPIs). Assisting in creating and maintaining plant and equipment work history records. Collaborating with supervisors, storekeepers, and technicians for efficient planning and scheduling. Ensuring data integrity and quality in all maintenance-related activities. Coordinating with HR for leave management and attendance tracking.
Providing administrative support to the technical department. Qualifications/Requirements Education: Mandatory: Diploma/ Higher Diploma in mechanical engineering, Preferable: Graduate/ bachelor’s in mechanical engineering Familiar with technical/ parts manuals and hydraulics drawings Familiar with safety procedures Knowledge about safety norms and procedures Decision making and analytical ability Goal and achievement oriented Proficient in English and Portuguese Proficient in MS office
