Providing scalable, quality conveyancing support and services to buyers and sellers across the retail residential market, the Legal Delivery team works across all states in Australia and includes a large team of operational specialists in the Philippines.We are looking for a Drafting Admin Officer to join our Legal Delivery Team. This role involves providing essential service and support by preparing necessary documents and generating contract drafts. The primary goal is to maintain the company's records, create all relevant documentation, and manage clients' expectations by adhering to standard procedures. Additionally, the officer will proactively communicate any issues or concerns that require immediate attention to the appropriate team members.Duties include:Data entry and drafting the contract according to our standard procedureIdentifying and ordering searches required for client’s property depending on type of property and sale and its locationCreating rapport and building trust with the clients during all stages of communicationsGathering personal and confidential information from Australian clients and encoding it appropriately in the systemCommunicating and updating relevant parties within internal team with the progress of the contract draftCreating and/or updating records with new files and informationHitting goals and completing tasks daily to meet the minimum performance requirementProviding accurate service fees and charges to our clients and create invoice for disbursementsEnsure compliance with the proceduresPerform other tasks assigned by ManagementQualificationsYou pride yourself on delivering great customer experiences and thrive in an environment where you can actively solve complex problems for customers.
