They are responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.What You’ll DoThe essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.Apply strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and client-specific CAD standards to drawings, including but not limited to the following disciplines: architectural, structural, furniture, electrical, mechanical, and security as they relate to corporate real estate drawing records.Use AutoCAD to maintain accurate data & drawing records in applicable computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systemsProvide support for property management software. Using correct grammar, spelling and tone while corresponding with tool users in order to troubleshoot issues, offer guidance and provide solutions.
