About The RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand designs across multiple platforms including digital, print, traditional media, and social media. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to deliver innovative visuals that drive engagement and align with business goals.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Design: Design and produce engaging marketing materials to support campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events.Digital Design: Develop digital assets including website graphics, banner ads, email templates, and digital presentations.Social Media Design: Create eye-catching and platform-optimized graphics for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).Printable & Traditional Design: Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, signage, and other printed materials, ensuring high-quality production output.Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across all design work to ensure a consistent and professional look and feel.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and execute design concepts.Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently with attention to detail.Stay Up-to-Date on E-commerce Trends: Continuously research and implement new strategies, technologies, and best practices to optimize e-commerce marketing effortsCompetencies And Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Canva, or similar tools.Experience with digital marketing platforms and design best practices for web and mobile.Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation.Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital, social media, and print design work.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing (a plus).Application ProcessWe understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
