If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.We are looking for a skilled Draftsman Fitout with a strong background in preparing detailed drawings and shop drawings for residential and commercial fitout projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with interior layouts, joinery details, and MEP coordination drawings.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed fitout and joinery shop drawings based on project requirements and design intent.Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.Review architectural and interior design drawings to develop precise execution drawings.Ensure drawings are in line with UAE standards, authority regulations, and company quality requirements.Maintain and update drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fitout works for residential and commercial projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, and material specifications.Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Degree in Architecture / Civil / Interior Design or a related field.
