About The RoleDue to continued growth and project demand, we are looking for a Draftsperson with strong ArchiCAD proficiency and a solid understanding of residential construction. You'll be part of a high-performing Drafting team, responsible for producing accurate documentation, coordinating with consultants, and offering design and efficiency suggestions to support better project delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesComplete all allocated drafting tasks within agreed deadlines, proactively resolving drafting matters with your manager. Commission reports and technical information with external consultants and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending innovative building methods or materials for cost or quality advantages. Liaise with the team to ensure designs meet compliance, functionality, and aesthetic standards. Please note this role is full-time in the office Monday to Friday. Skills & Experience RequiredAdvanced ArchiCAD skills with demonstrated experience in residential drafting. At least 5 years’ experience in the residential housing and construction industry. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing construction documentation. Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Design highly regarded.

Proven ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues. Masters experience highly regarded.
