Dragados, international construction enterprise, is looking a Bid Coordinator for our Branch inNorway. The role will be based in Oslo. Key responsibilitiesThe role and responsibilities of the Bid Coordinator include but are not limited to the following: Reporting to Business Development Manager, coordination and programme management of the end-to-end bid process to produce competitive high quality bids. Development of win strategy, gathering information through research, facilitating workshops and analysis of tender requirements to produce key messages, unique selling points and storyboards. Development of tender programme and bid plan. Support the relationship with client, managing formal communication process.
Coordinate tender submission development, writing and review process to produce detailed well-structure responses. Accountable for business development document control accountable for tender instructions and tender strategy compliance. Accountable for following and implementing company tender processes and procedures for tender management. Key Skills and competencies: Experience working as bid coordinator in construction/architectural/design company. Meticulous in your approach. Keen eye for detail with ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a professional approach. Excellent organisational skills, self-driven and proactive. Able to manage and motivate othersTeam player, collaborative and sociable.
Natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Confident in writing communications, bids, proposals, and leading workshopsProficient in MS Office Qualifications, Certifications & ExperienceEngineer or civil engineer degree, documented experience required. Minimum 5-10 years working in similar role. Desirable in large engineering & construction companies. Fluent in Norwegian & English. Desirable knowledgeof Spanish. Place of work: Oslo
