Draughtsman and Estimator

They are committed to executing impactful and collaborative projects with their partners. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Draughtsman and Estimator. The role involves creating detailed drawings and plans for Interior Fit-Out, Retail Display, and Exhibition Booth projects. The Draughtsman and Estimator will also be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, collaborating with the design and project teams to ensure feasibility, and adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. The role requires strong technical drawing and estimation skills, as well as engagement with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of customized solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software to produce detailed technical drawings for Interior Fit-Outs, Retail Displays, and Exhibition Booths.Expertise in cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and preparing detailed quotations for projects.Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and finishing standards in interior and exterior design projects.Effective collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and ensure accurate planning and budgeting.Prior experience in a similar role within the interior design, construction, or exhibitions industry is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Dubai.
