Driver

Be responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties;Work with warehouse manager or management appointed staff on daily operation requirement and ensure items are well prepared before logistic arrangement;To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timelines and maintain stock accuracy;Plan and coordinate with Ops team to ensure timely delivery;Receive and check items and goods upon arrival in accordance to Company SOPLoad stock order on trays/pallets into Van/ TruckMonthly stock balance checking and monitoringTo report any issues pertaining to safety, quality or hygiene to superior immediately upon discoverySuggest improvements to eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operational control, risk assessment and safe work procedureMaintain general housekeeping of warehouseCollect, deliver and distribute goods to various outlets in a timely mannerEnsure quantity of goods before loading to vehicleLoading & UnloadingAllocation of stocksEnsure timely delivery of stocks to outletsAssist in collection of fresh seafood and distribution of seafood to customers (mostly in the West area)Basic picking and loading of goods into van with fridge / chiller typeProvide quality service and timely dispatch of ordersMaintain good working relationships with all external partiesCollection of cash payments and return to HQBasic cleaning and maintenance of vehicleBasic invoice / records updatingBasic administration dutiesPerforms other job-related functions as and when required by superiorAble to operate pallet jack;Willing to work Sat rotation,;Ability to communicate eloquently and effectively
