We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.As the Backup Operations Engineer you manage follow the sun model of backup operations, ensuring adherence to policies, schedules, and SLA compliance.Key Responsibilities Conduct daily health checks for backups and replication, troubleshoot issues, and perform restores as needed. Lead or support cloud-based migrations with a focus on automation, capacity planning, and cross-team coordination. Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) by selecting appropriate technologies, conducting continuity testing, and ensuring compliance. Participate in on-call rotations, planned maintenance, change and asset management processes. Identify and implement automation for repeatable tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce overhead. Monitor incidents through ServiceNow and drive resolution of backup-related service issues.
