DRSC T&L: Global Employer Services - Immigration (SG) (Manager)

Job Description:Manage a diverse portfolio of global premium clients across all industries.Keep abreast with the latest development of immigration requirement.Ensure service delivery according to the Deloitte quality standards.Identify and be able to provide a holistic business support advice to clients for matters relating to immigration permits, company set up, licensing etc.Key liaison contact with relevant government authorities.Monitor applications from initiation through to successful completion includes providing proper guidance to team members in respect of liaising with the clients to collate necessary information / documentation, drafting applications, issuing advice notes and lodging applications with the relevant government authorities.Work with management on business development opportunities.Manage the financial performance of the team by monitoring billing and collections statusJob Requirements:Bachelors degree in any commerce/ business related field.Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in global mobility/immigration services preferably from Big4 Firms.Strong command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.Must be a team player and versatile to work with people of diverse background and experience.Mature in handling clients issues and possess good interpersonal skills.Able to work under tight deadlines.Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
