Visit www.aptiv.com.Your RoleIn your daily job you will:Monitor and control in-line product quality to maintain process stability and compliance with specifications.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.Coordinate containment and improvement activities for customer complaints or internal rejections.Conduct process and product audits to identify potential risks and ensure standard compliance.Collaborate with Production, Process, and Engineering teams to enhance line capability and reduce defect rates.Manage quality documents such as inspection records, control plans, and defect trend reports.Support customer quality requirements and audits, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and zero-defect mindset throughout production.Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.).Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer-specific quality standards.Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Fluent in both Korean and English for effective customer and internal communication.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
