Infineon Korea is looking forward to working with a passionate and scrupulous talent in the position of Customer Quality Engineer at Automotive.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleHandle customer quality issue (FAR - Failure Analysis Request) for Automotive in KoreaQuality spills and incident handlingGenerate Failure analysis and 8D reportSupport customer quality during design-in of customer application moduleManage customer inquiry (product-related documentation such as Q-pack (Qualification package) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process))Support customer quality training (Semiconductor manufacturing process, QM process, ESD awareness training, Quality system)Semiconductor qualification knowledge (AEC Q101 and AQG 324)Customer quality audit supportYour ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You SucceedBachelor's degree or above in Engineering5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry as Quality or Process engineer with customer interfaceExperience in semiconductor industry operation, quality management methodology and quality employed in AutomotiveExperience as a customer interface / customer quality engineer is preferred.Problem-solving skills (5 whys, fault tree analysis including 8 discipline knowledge, risk assessment of quality problem)Knowledge of semiconductor frontend, backend processKnowledge of failure analysis methodology and quality system (e.g. PPAP)Knowledge for Automotive application is preferred.Good communication skills in EnglishCooperative / positive aptitudeContact:Nathan.Kim@infineon.com#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
