This program is designed to develop future talents through structured learning, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure.Key Responsibilities Gain practical experience in 3PL operations, including warehouse and transportation management. Participate in a two-year rotational program, covering at least:Office-based functions (Marketing or Solution Design, etc).Operational roles (Warehouse Operations, Transport Planning, etc).Contribute to strategic initiatives like Marketing, Operations Excellence, or Process Optimization. Work on real business projects and deliver measurable impact.
