In this role, you will apply your linguistic expertise to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance across Dutch-language content. This position involves working in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams on language-focused projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate, localize, and proofread content between English and Dutch while maintaining contextual accuracy and tone.Review Dutch-language materials for grammar, clarity, style, and cultural appropriateness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multilingual content projects.Develop and maintain linguistic guidelines, glossaries, and reference resources for Dutch content.Provide feedback and insights to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.Support internal teams by sharing best practices for Dutch language communication.Ensure consistency and quality across Dutch-language materials and communications.Required Skills and QualificationsProfessional proficiency in Dutch, including strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong knowledge of Dutch grammar, syntax, idiomatic expressions, and style conventions.Experience in translation, localization, proofreading, editing, or similar language-related roles.Excellent writing and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or deadlines.Understanding of cultural nuances relevant to Dutch-speaking audiences.Familiarity with digital tools used for language editing or content management.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Linguistics, Translation, Dutch Language, or a related field.Experience working with distributed or international teams.Familiarity with CAT tools or other language technology platforms.Contract and Payment TermsThis role is offered as an independent contractor position.Work can be completed remotely with flexible scheduling.Project duration and workload may vary depending on project needs.Payments are issued based on services rendered.APPLY NOW!
