Barcelona is calling for you!Position: Dutch-Speaking Account Manager Marketing Consultant (Hybrid in Barcelona)We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Account Manage to join our team in Barcelona and support the Dutch market. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.Role OverviewAs an Account manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Dutch companies, guiding them in optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities through digital campaigns, meeting sales targets, and supporting team success across EMEA.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic support for clients’ digital advertising campaignsWork toward individual sales goals while contributing to overall team performanceAnalyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvementDeliver consultative support to clients and maintain strong business relationshipsStay current on industry trends and toolsCandidate RequirementsC1-minimum Dutch proficiencyFluent in English (spoken and written)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience6 to 12 months of experience in online advertising or PPC campaigns (preferred)6 to 12 months of experience in outbound sales, ideally B2B (preferred)Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skillsEagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing and salesStart DateFlexibleWhat We OfferFull-time role (39 hours/week), Monday to FridayPermanent contractCompetitive salary: €23,000 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience)Performance-based bonusHybrid working model (based in Barcelona)Relocation support: flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and private health insurance assistancePaid initial training in digital marketing and salesOngoing coaching and professional developmentClear career progression Engaging and collaborative work environmentTeam-building activities and internal recognition programsHow To ApplyIf this opportunity aligns with your background and goals, we encourage you to apply.
