The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and complaints, supervising staff, ensuring smooth coordination among departments, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The role also involves monitoring compliance with hotel policies and providing leadership to ensure high performance across all teams.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skillsProficiency in customer service, guest relations, and problem-solvingExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to maintain high service standardsEffective communication skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plusExperience in hospitality or a leadership position in a similar environmentFlexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site settingKnowledge of local culture and traditions is an advantageStrong VHP is advantage
