Guests can indulge in culinary delights that are health-focused yet utterly delicious at the resort’s various outlets.A welcoming outdoor pool, set amidst stunning surroundings, encourages guests to linger and unwind.Job DescriptionConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceLead and manage all aspects of the Front desk and ensure all service standards are followedCheck and maintain the Duty Manager safe in accordance to the procedures set by the company.Advise the Front Desk Manager of any matters relating to Guests, their welfare and behavior as considered desirable for various reasonsHandle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas.Attend to all Guest complaints immediately and initiate follow up.
