Connecting directly to all local payment schemes, alternative payment methods and payment systems across the continent, further strengthens Viva.com's value proposition.Viva.com envisions to provide businesses a value-driven platform to accelerate the adoption of the latest technology.As a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions that enhance business performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM capabilities, integrate AI-driven components, streamline processes, manage permissions, and ensure secure, compliant data access across all departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain entities, workflows, and automation processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMCustomize CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) to align with evolving business and customer needsImplement AI-driven features using Microsoft AI Builder to enhance automation, insights, and customer engagementManage CRM security roles, field-level permissions, and user access, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standardsDefine and maintain business units, teams, and hierarchical security models within the CRMIntegrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and tools through connectors and automation frameworksSupport process automation initiatives using Power Automate and UiPathMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM performance, workflows, and integrationsStay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and AI technology releases, recommending improvements and new capabilitiesAt Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI.
