The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, pitching, and selling eBook-related services through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as other online and offline channels.You should be confident in engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting interest into sales while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities • Actively engage with potential customers via social media, email, chat, and WhatsApp to promote and sell eBook services. • Continuously follow up with leads through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to maximize conversion opportunities. • Present service features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively to drive conversions. • Identify and segment target audiences, tailoring sales pitches to customer interests. • Maintain and update daily records of leads, conversations, and conversions. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management team. • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and special offers. • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies. • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after each sale to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Requirements • Proven experience in eBook sales or related digital product sales. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Experience in direct sales, telemarketing, or digital marketing preferred (but not mandatory). • Highly motivated, confident, and target-driven personality. • Proficient in using social media platforms, WhatsApp, email tools, and spreadsheets. • Understanding of the eBook and digital publishing industry is a strong advantageWhat We Offer • Competitive base salary plus attractive commissions and incentives. • Company-maintained car (as per company policy). • Flexible working hours and a supportive team environment. • Ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your sales skills. • Excellent career growth opportunities within the digital publishing sector.Join us and be part of a fast-growing team transforming how authors and readers connect through digital publishing.
