E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager

Our clients include Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Sony Music and stars like Rihanna, Jay-Z, Korn, Dusty Kid, Wu Tang and Andrea Bocelli.We are now looking to hire an experienced professional to join our team as E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager.Key Job Responsibilities:• Develop, manage, execute, and oversee our global online e-commerce portfolio strategy and build a best-in-class customer buying experience• Create, build, test, execute, and manage various email lists and campaigns, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends• Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers• Create the strategy for nurturing leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action• Perform A/B tests on all elements of our marketing mix (lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, etc.)• Lead company efforts on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms• Manage audience segmentation within Marketing Automation Platform, including number of touches, engagement, unsubscribe and audience size, and generate customer lists to effectively target promotions• Develop campaigns promoting the E-commerce platform in conjunction with the sales and marketing teamsJob requirements:• Degree in Marketing, Business or similar• 2+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce or B2C sales• Significant experience (3-5 years minimum) in developing, executing, and measuring digital marketing programs, including social media & email programs• Track record (3-5 years minimum) of business-building results in developing, executing, and measuring e-commerce website and merchandising programs• Strong analytical skills• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced business environment• Expert understanding of various e-commerce platforms, incl.
