Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Brand Manager to lead our online brand presence, enhance customer experience, and drive e-commerce sales performance. The ideal candidate will combine brand strategy expertise with a strong command of digital marketing and e-commerce analytics.Responsibilities:Plan and execute e-commerce brand strategies to increase market share and profitability.Manage online campaigns and ensure alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.Optimize the brand’s e-commerce platforms for improved conversion and user experience.Analyze sales and marketing data to identify performance trends and actionable insights.Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.Oversee online launches, promotions, and digital product merchandising.Manage relationships with digital agencies, media buyers, and e-commerce partners.Track KPIs and prepare reports to evaluate campaign success and ROI.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.4 – 6 years of experience in brand management with a focus on digital/e-commerce.Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing tactics.Experience in managing paid media campaigns and online stores.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, and similar tools.
