E-Commerce Digital Marketing Team LeaderJob type: Full time.Report to: Marketing manager.Starting date: as soon as possible. 🎯 Job Summary:We’re looking for a data-driven E-Commerce Digital Marketing Team Leader to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and online sales to our websites.The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, creative design skills, and technical mastery across paid media, SEO, UI/UX, and conversion optimization to deliver measurable growth. Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and TikTok Ads to achieve ROI and sales targets.Manage media budgets, targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.Set up and maintain tracking and attribution using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.Analyze campaign data, build performance dashboards, and provide actionable insights.Improve UI/UX and landing page performance to boost conversion rates.Create or supervise visual content and ad creatives using Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to increase organic traffic.Conduct keyword research, site audits, and performance monitoring with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.Optimize the customer journey through A/B testing, CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO), and data-backed experiments.(Optional) Manage email marketing automations and segmentation via Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.4–6 years of proven experience in performance-based eCommerce marketing.Google Ads Certified with strong knowledge of Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads platforms.Proficient in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, SEO, UI/UX, and graphic design tools.Strong understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, and analytics reporting.Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
