We are EY Digital Media, a performance-driven marketing company in the fitness and wellness niche.We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Remote Executive Assistant to support our Head of Creative.This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer environment, can manage complex schedules and projects end-to-end, and has proven experience coordinating creative workflows, executive support, and operational tasks.🎯 Your MissionAct as the extension of the Head of Creative, coordinating their day-to-day, managing schedules, and supporting strategic priorities.Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering creative projects including VSLs, ad campaigns, and UGC content.Source, schedule, and manage production resources: videographers, photographers, locations, props, and other materials.Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and freelancers across multiple time zones.Organize and maintain shared drives, documents, and internal workflows.Manage confidential information, budgets, invoices, and administrative tasks with discretion.Anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.🧠 What You Bring3+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally in D2C, creative, or marketing environments.Strong communication skills (written and verbal English).Proven experience managing complex calendars, coordinating projects, and supporting leadership.Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Highly organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.Familiarity with creative production workflows, shoot coordination, and project tracking.Experience managing budgets, negotiating rates, and handling invoices.Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar.Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.Calm under pressure, confident in sharing ideas, and takes ownership of responsibilities.Bonus points:Experience in D2C supplements, fitness, or health marketing.Understanding of creative production pipelines (VSLs, shoots, UGC).Graduate-level education preferred.Timezone RequirementCandidates must be available to work core CET hours, with occasional flexibility for US hours.What EY Digital Media Offers💻 100% remote work with flexible schedule🚀 Work with a fast-growing portfolio of D2C brands✈️ Paid holidays and flexible PTO📚 Access to training, performance workshops, and courses🌍 Be part of a young, international, and ambitious team scaling globally
