Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:Work closely with Technical Director and QA Team on delivery pipelines and improving the team's quality of life,Administer the repository, CI/CD, Shared DDC and other services required by the team to efficiently iterate,Maintain the infrastructure, create backups and restore points, troubleshoot and diagnose problems,Provide first-line support for developers,Design and implement build and asset pipelines,Create guides for the developers, clearly communicate the service status to the stakeholders,Assess hardware and software needs for the servers and agents,Evaluate new solutions towards improving developer iteration times, comfort (ease of use), and stability/reliability,Automate asset pipeline (Wwise sound banks generation, HLOD builds, etc.), add validations to the pipelines where applicable,Scale and manage the build farm: capacity planning, provisioning, lifecycle automation of agents/VMs and containerized runners.Requirements:Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle,Proven track record of designing and running highly available CI/CD infrastructures (VMs, containers, on-prem or cloud),Proficiency with Perforce,Solid grasp of server & network fundamentals (HTTP, routing, DNS, TLS, VPN),Familiarity with SSO, OIDC, LDAP, OAuth2.0, etc.,Proficiency with scripting languages and ability to quickly learn basics of a new scripting language if required,Deep understanding of Linux systems, proficiency with Bash, systemd,Prior experience with containerization software (like Docker or Podman),Ability to quickly adapt, learn new tools.Extra Points:Prior experience with the 'unreal stack': Horde, Zen, RoboMerge, Unreal Build Accelerator and/or other tools from the Unreal Engine ecosystem,Deep familiarity with game development lifecycle and Unreal Engine build workflows,Prior experience with Symbol Server setup,Proficiency with Unreal BuildGraph,Prior experience with console vendor SDKs,Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure),Practical knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, monitoring tools.We Offer:Stable and coherent project vision.The rule that the team and its members are the biggest value.Long-term relationship.High transparencies at every level.A contract of employment, B2B or any other that suits you best,Co-financed, and treated as workdays, participation in a selection of conferences and workshops.Co-financing the Multisport card, GameDev Events.No competition ban.Private medical care.English classes.Vacation subsidy.
